Ancient Alchemy

One of the highlights of the event is the Introduction to Alchemy of Plant Medicines a practical course led by Paul Harris – the inventor of the Theraphi technology from Canada.

Participants will delve into the history of Hermetic Mysticism and learn techniques used by the pioneers of modern chemistry, herbology and medicine. You’ll even have the opportunity to set up a traditional distilling lab for making plant medicines – and sample the tinctures and spagyrics created for you.

A special feature of this workshop is to explore the Alchemy of the FUNGI KINGDOM. Experience the magic of Prague, known as ‘The Golden City’, with its fairytale architecture and rich history. The venue in Prague, The Edward Kelley Tower and The Donkey and Cradle, adds a touch of historical significance, as it was once where alchemical preparations and medicines were made in the late 1600s by the famous alchemist John Dee.
